原水由进水口进入机体,流经滤网,滤除水中的细小杂质,随着过滤介质中各种污染物在滤网内侧的累积,过滤通道被堵塞,进出水口压差逐渐增加,当压差达到预设定值时,系统自动启动行程电机和反冲洗高压泵,此时传动装置带动装有吸嘴的排污轴在滤网内侧做旋转和水平往返运动,同时,在滤网外侧,高压反冲洗装置与排污装置同步动作,并呈对应关系,在不中断正常产水的前提下,只借助一小部分产品水,对滤网进行高压反洗,反洗水透过滤网,连同从滤网上剥离的杂质被吸嘴吸入排污轴,后由排污室排出。
一个反洗行程后,压差降低,各部件复位,系统重新进入正常运行状态。
Working principle:
The raw water flows from the inlet into the body. The small impurities are filtered by passed from the screen. As the accumulation of various contaminants inside the screen, the filtration channel is blocked. And the differential pressure between inlet and outlet increases gradually. When the pressure reaches to the pre-set value, the system will start the stroke motor and high-pressure backwash pump automatically. Meanwhile, the drainage shaft with driving device and suction nozzle will rotate and move back and forth horizontally inside the screen. And at the same time, the high-pressure backwash device and age device run synchronously. And the movements are correspondingly. At the premise without interrupting producing water, it can run high-pressure backwash function by a small part of the product water. The backwashed water flows through the filter, together with the impurities from the filter screen. And they are quickly inhaled into the dirt collector by the nozzle, sent to the age shaft, and finally discharged from the age chamber.
After one backwash travel, the differential pressure is down. All the parts recover to the initial state. And the system enters into the normal operation state again.

传统压差式过滤机(自清洗过滤器)只能用于粗过滤行业,主要原因归结于当采用过滤网时因过滤机本体不具备的高压反冲洗功能,所以过滤网污堵后清洗不,使过滤网通量无法恢复,因此导致过滤机无法正常运行。
